North East Derbyshire District Council needs to significantly increase the number of homes being delivered within the district and we believe this site can play a part in delivering these much needed new homes.
The proposed development would provide a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom houses and bungalows, providing choice for first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers alike. Of the 50 new homes, ten will be designated as affordable homes to align with the Council’s policy.
